More Details on Our Top Picks
Squishmallows 8in Fleur the Yule Log Plush
This 8-inch Fleur the Yule Log Squishmallow stands out for its ultra-soft material, making it a prime choice for cuddling and comforting. Unlike larger plush options like the 14-inch Nick the Santa Claus, this compact size is perfect for little hands and travel, but it may lack the firmness some children prefer for active play. Its official status and unique bio add appeal for collectors seeking authenticity, yet its limited size options and overly soft construction might disappoint those wanting a plush with more structure. Overall, this pick is ideal for those prioritizing softness and display, rather than rugged play.
Pros:- Soft and cuddly material for comfort
- Official Squishmallows product with unique character
- Great for collectors and kids
Cons:- Limited size options, only 8 inches
- May be too soft for children seeking more structure
Best for: Kids or collectors who love soft, cuddly plush toys and value official character design.
Not ideal for: Children who prefer plush toys with more firmness for active play or larger size for display.
- Size:8 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Official Product:Yes
Our verdict“This plush is perfect for those who want a soft, collectible character for cuddling or display, but less ideal for active or rough play.”
Squishmallows Micromallows Holiday Wreath 4-Pack
This 4-pack of Micromallows Holiday Wreath plush toys offers tiny, adorable characters like Gina the Gingerbread, perfect for holiday decorating or small gifts. Compared with the larger advent calendars, these Micromallows are more versatile for decorating desks, trees, or stockings, but their tiny size might not satisfy collectors seeking display-worthy plushes. Their official branding and holiday themes make them a festive choice, yet their limited seasonal appeal and small scale could be a drawback for those wanting year-round plush companions. This set makes sense for holiday-specific gifting or decorating, rather than everyday use.
Pros:- Cute and collectible holiday-themed plush toys
- Small size makes them perfect for decorating or gifting
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
Cons:- Limited to holiday season use
- Small size may not appeal to all collectors
Best for: Holiday enthusiasts who want cute, small plush additions to their seasonal decor or gift baskets.
Not ideal for: Collectors seeking larger, display-ready plush toys or those wanting plushes for year-round use.
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Figure Type:Stuffed Toy
- Sub Brand:Micromallows
- Unit Count:4
- Size:2.5 inches
Our verdict“Ideal for holiday decor or small gifts, but less suited for those wanting plush toys for year-round display or active play.”
Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Advent Calendar
This advent calendar includes 24 tiny Micromallows plush toys, like Nick Santa Claus and Manny Snowman, making it a festive countdown device. It offers more variety than a single plush, but its small size and holiday-only theme limit its appeal for those preferring larger or non-seasonal plush toys. Compared to the 24-day plush calendar, this smaller version is more compact and easier to display, yet it may not satisfy children who want bigger or more durable plushes. It’s a good choice for holiday countdown fans, provided they are comfortable with tiny collectibles.
Pros:- Includes 24 holiday-themed Micromallows
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
- Perfect for Christmas countdown and gifting
Cons:- Small size may not appeal to all children
- Limited to holiday characters
- Tiny parts may require careful handling
Best for: Families or collectors wanting a small, festive countdown feature for Christmas traditions.
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking larger plush toys or year-round display pieces that aren’t holiday-themed.
- Size:2.5 inches
- Includes:24 Micromallows
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“A charming countdown for holiday enthusiasts who don’t mind miniature plushes, but less suitable for those seeking larger toys or non-seasonal options.”
Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Plush Advent Calendar
This 24-day advent calendar features tiny holiday-themed Squishmallows like Brooke the Polar Bear, making it a compact and festive countdown option. It’s comparable to the Micromallows wreath pack but offers a broader variety of characters, making it more engaging for holiday fans. However, the small size limits its appeal for those who want plush toys to serve as main display pieces or for active play. Its official status and holiday focus make it perfect for seasonal displays, though its tiny scale might not satisfy those wanting plushes for everyday use.
Pros:- Includes 24 holiday-themed Squishmallows
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
- Compact size makes it easy to display or gift
Cons:- Small size may not appeal for active play
- Limited to holiday characters only
Best for: Holiday collectors or families with limited space who want a festive, collectible countdown experience.
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting larger, more durable plush toys for daily play or non-seasonal use.
- Size:2.5 inches
- Number of Items:24
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
Our verdict“A delightful seasonal collectible for small spaces and holiday decorating, but less suited for those seeking larger plush toys.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little) (Amazon Exclusive)
This 4-pack features plush characters like Ingred the Purple Cow and Luna the Penguin, each crafted from ultrasoft material ideal for holiday gifting. Compared to the advent calendars, this set offers a quick gift option with four distinct characters, making it great for holiday gift baskets or stocking stuffers. However, the small size and seasonal theme mean it’s less versatile for year-round display or active play. It’s a smart choice for those wanting a set of soft, festive plushes to give or collect during the holidays, but not suitable for long-term decor or everyday use.
Pros:- Festive holiday-themed characters
- Soft and cuddly ultrasoft plush material
- Includes four unique plush toys
Cons:- Limited to holiday collection
- Small size may not appeal to all ages
Best for: Holiday gift buyers or collectors looking for a small, festive plush set with a soft touch.
Not ideal for: Those wanting larger or non-seasonal plush toys for everyday cuddling or display.
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Includes:4 Squishmallows
- Characters:Ingred, Omar, Marilyn, Luna
Our verdict“A charming holiday plush set perfect for gifting or seasonal collecting, though less ideal for year-round display or active play.”
Squishmallows Falala the Pink Holiday Deer – 5 Inch Plush Toy
Falala the Pink Holiday Deer stands out for its compact size and irresistibly cuddly design, making it ideal for those who want a charming holiday plush without bulk. Compared to larger holiday characters like Nick the Santa, this 5-inch plush is more suited for display or collectible purposes rather than active play. Its soft, plush material guarantees comfort, but the limited size means it’s less engaging for kids seeking larger, more interactive stuffed animals. The plush’s simplicity and size make it perfect for collectors or fans of small, adorable decorations, though it may disappoint those looking for a plush to snuggle for hours. This pick is ideal for holiday decor or a small gift, especially for plush fans who prefer understated collectibles.
Pros:- Cuddly and huggable design
- Perfect size for collections
- Soft and plush material
Cons:- Limited size for play
- No additional features
Best for: Plush collectors and fans of small, decorative holiday toys
Not ideal for: Young children seeking larger, more huggable plush toys for active play
- Size:5 inches
- Material:Soft plush
- Design:Pink holiday deer
- Use case:Collectible or decorative
- Ideal for:Fans of small plush toys
- Age Range:All ages
Our verdict“A charming tiny plush perfect for holiday decor or small-scale collection enthusiasts.”
Squishmallows Micromallows 24-Day Holiday Advent Calendar
This advent calendar offers a fun, collectible experience with 24 tiny 2.5-inch plush Micromallows, making it a standout for holiday countdowns. Compared to the larger 14-inch Nick the Santa, this set emphasizes quantity and variety, providing a festive surprise each day. Its official licensing and popular Squishmallows characters lend authenticity, appealing to both kids and dedicated collectors. However, the small size may be less appealing for those who prefer plush toys that are easier to cuddle or display prominently year-round. The calendar’s seasonal nature limits its use to the holidays, so it’s best suited for those who enjoy holiday-specific decor or gift-giving. This makes it a compelling choice for holiday enthusiasts who love surprises and collectibles.
Pros:- Includes 24 collectible tiny plush characters
- Features iconic and popular Squishmallows characters
- Official licensed product
Cons:- Small size may be less appealing for active play
- Limited to holiday use
Best for: Families seeking a festive countdown experience and collectors of tiny plush toys
Not ideal for: Buyers looking for larger plush toys for everyday cuddling or play
- Set Count:24
- Size:2.5 inches
- Theme:Holiday
- Characters:Benny the Bigfoot, Cam the Cat, and others
- Official Licensed:Yes
- Age Range:3 years and up
Our verdict“Ideal for holiday countdown lovers and collectors who enjoy small, themed plush surprises.”
Squishmallows Original Harvest 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little)
This 4-pack introduces a mix of seasonal characters like Ulana the Turkey and River the Blue Beaver, making it a great starter set for collectors or those who enjoy themed plush assortments. Compared to the larger Nick the Santa, this set offers more variety in a smaller package, perfect for gifting or adding to a collection. Its ultrasoft, high-quality material ensures comfort, but the lack of specific size details could be a drawback for buyers wanting larger plushes. As an Amazon exclusive, it appeals to fans seeking unique items, but the price point and limited to specific characters might not satisfy those wanting more substantial or versatile plush toys. This set makes the most sense for collectors who value variety and quality over size.
Pros:- Soft, high-quality plush material
- Includes four distinct characters
- Official Jazwares product with bios
Cons:- Limited to collectors or fans
- No size details provided
Best for: Fans of the Squishmallows series seeking a themed variety pack
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking larger plush toys for cuddling or active play
- Includes:4 plush toys
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Characters:Ulana, River, Rhett, Alberta
- Exclusive:Amazon
- Size:Not specified
- Age Range:All ages
Our verdict“A versatile starter set for collectors or gift givers who appreciate variety and quality.”
Squishmallows 14in Nick the Santa Claus Plush
Nick the Santa Claus plush offers a larger, cuddly holiday character that stands out among smaller options like Falala. Its 14-inch size makes it a more substantial gift or display piece, especially for children or collectors who prefer a prominent Santa figure. Compared to the smaller holiday sets, Nick’s size and cheerful design make it a versatile holiday centerpiece. Crafted from ultrasoft, high-quality material, it provides comfort for cuddling, but it’s primarily suited for fans of holiday-themed plush rather than those seeking everyday or non-seasonal stuffed animals. The absence of additional accessories limits its appeal for those wanting interactive features. This plush makes a strong choice for holiday decor or a special Santa gift for kids.
Pros:- Soft, high-quality plush material
- Large 14-inch size
- Official Squishmallows character
Cons:- Limited appeal outside holiday season
- No additional accessories
Best for: Holiday enthusiasts and collectors wanting a sizeable Santa plush
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking smaller plush toys for everyday use or casual gifting
- Size:14 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Character:Nick the Santa Claus
- Use case:Holiday decor and collection
- Age Range:Kids
- Manufacturer:Jazwares, LLC
Our verdict“A sizable, festive plush ideal for holiday decoration or Santa fans who want a plush to cuddle or display.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little)
This 4-pack features characters like Tinsley the Peppermint Latte and Clayton the Blue Cow, making it perfect for those who want a variety of festive plush to gift or add to their collection. Compared with the Micromallows Advent Calendar, this set emphasizes larger, more cuddly plushes with distinct personalities, ideal for holiday gifting or seasonal decor. Its softness and high-quality fabric make it a delight to cuddle, but the lack of size specifics might leave some buyers questioning the plush dimensions. Designed for fans of the Squishmallows brand and holiday themes, it’s a practical gift set for families or individuals who enjoy themed plush collections. It’s best for those who want multiple plushes without the seasonal countdown aspect.
Pros:- Soft, high-quality plush material
- Includes four unique characters
- Great for holiday gifting
Cons:- Limited to fans of Squishmallows
- Size details not specified
Best for: Gift givers and collectors of holiday-themed plush sets

Factors to Consider When Choosing Squishmallows Holiday List
When selecting Squishmallows for the holidays, consider how size, theme, and exclusivity align with your gifting goals. Think about whether a plush needs to be a keepsake, a collectible, or a simple gift. Budget also influences whether to opt for multi-pack sets or individual specialty plushes. Understanding these factors helps avoid common pitfalls, like buying a size too small or missing out on limited editions. Finding the right balance between price and special features ultimately ensures your holiday Squishmallows bring joy without overspending.Size and Collectibility
Size options range from tiny Micromallows to larger plushes, affecting both gift suitability and display potential. Smaller sizes are perfect for stocking stuffers or portable gifts, while larger plushes become statement pieces. Collectibility often depends on limited editions and themed sets, so consider whether the recipient values rarity or straightforward plush comfort. Picking the right size enhances the gift’s appeal and usability.Theme and Design
Holiday-themed Squishmallows come in a variety of characters and seasonal motifs, from reindeer to festive logs. Choosing a character that resonates with the recipient or fits your decor makes the gift more meaningful. Be wary of generic designs that lack seasonal charm—sometimes, a limited-edition character offers more value as a collectible. Themed plushes often come with special packaging, adding to their holiday appeal.Set vs. Single Purchases
Sets like the Micromallows 4-Pack or advent calendars offer more value per piece, especially for multiple recipients or stocking fillers. However, they might lack the uniqueness of individual, limited-edition plushes. Conversely, singles or exclusive plushes tend to be more collectible and personalized but at a higher per-unit cost. Consider your budget and gift strategy when choosing between sets and singles.Exclusivity and Limited Editions
Limited-edition releases or exclusives, such as Amazon-specific sets, can add a special touch but often sell out quickly and may carry a premium price. These options are ideal for dedicated collectors or those seeking a unique gift. However, they may lack versatility or be less suitable for casual gifting. Think about whether rarity is a priority or if a more accessible plush suits your needs better.Price and Value
Budget-friendly options include Micromallows sets, while premium choices like Nick the Santa offer detailed craftsmanship at a higher price. Balance your budget with the desired level of quality and uniqueness. Sometimes spending a bit more on a limited-edition plush yields a more memorable gift. Always compare the price per plush in sets versus singles to maximize value.Frequently Asked Questions
Are Squishmallows suitable as holiday gifts for all ages?
Yes, Squishmallows appeal to a wide age range, from young children to adult collectors. Their soft texture and adorable designs make them ideal for kids, while limited editions and themed plushes attract adult fans and collectors. When choosing a Squishmallow as a gift, consider the recipient’s preferences and whether they enjoy plush collectibles or simply want a cozy companion. Ensuring the size and character align with their tastes enhances the gift’s impact.
What is the best size of Squishmallows for gifting during the holidays?
For holiday gifting, the best size depends on the recipient and the occasion. Smaller sizes like Micromallows work well for stockings or small surprises, while larger plushes serve as statement gifts or room decor. The 8-inch and 14-inch options strike a balance, being portable yet substantial. Consider how the recipient will display or use the plush—size choice can significantly influence their enjoyment and the gift’s overall value.
Should I buy exclusive or limited edition Squishmallows for the holidays?
Limited edition or exclusive Squishmallows can make holiday gifts more special and collectible, especially for dedicated fans. However, they often come at a higher price and may sell out quickly, reducing availability. If you’re seeking a unique gift that stands out, these options are worth considering. On the other hand, more accessible sets or characters can provide great value and consistent quality without the risk of missing out.
Are advent calendars a good choice for holiday Squishmallows gifts?
Advent calendars combine the fun of daily surprises with the excitement of collecting Squishmallows. They are especially popular for families or groups of friends who want to share a festive experience. However, they typically include smaller plushes, which might not suit everyone’s preferences. If the recipient enjoys surprises and seasonal traditions, an advent calendar can be a memorable gift that extends the holiday cheer over several days.
How do I choose between a set and a single Squishmallow for the holidays?
Choosing between a set and a single plush depends on your budget and gifting goals. Sets like the Micromallows Holiday Wreath or advent calendars offer more plushes at a better overall value, ideal for multiple recipients or stocking fillers. Singles, especially limited editions, are better for creating a personalized or special gift experience. Consider whether the recipient prefers a collectible or a practical, single plush to guide your decision.
Conclusion
For the broadest appeal, the Squishmallows 8in Fleur the Yule Log Plush offers a perfect blend of seasonal charm and versatility, making it the best overall choice. Budget-conscious shoppers will appreciate the Micromallows Holiday Wreath 4-Pack for its value, while serious collectors or fans of exclusives should consider the Nick the Santa Claus Plush for its detailed craftsmanship. Beginners or casual gift-givers might find sets and advent calendars a fun, low-risk option. Ultimately, matching the plush to the recipient’s preferences and your budget ensures a holiday filled with joy and plushy cheer.
